"look at" shows a ship from the perspective of your ship. So the camera is placed in between your ship and what your looking at by default. the view will update as you change position around what you are looking at.
would be nice to see if the ship is running towards or away from you.

Group missions with payouts that work out to the equivalent of level 4's. More social and more fun to do things as a group. better than incursions because incursions require piloting to a certain location first and are not short play period friendly. Be nice if they where intresting though if they used diffrent targeting but still some how where new player friendly(T1 ships lower on priority targeting list).
Maybe do the same for other mission levels....group level 3's may be fun for newer players.

better visual during the loading bar would be nice.....the little one on undock or docking..it short but a little 2 second undocking or docking animation that plays as the bar goes along.....if you load faster the animation just ends.

can't sell station cans right away...
Pulling out of an area I have to leave my station can's rather than sell them as I need to wait. be nice to sell right away.

ability to remove pop up damage notification from drones...I'm fireing 8 1400mm cannons...but all i can see is my 5 warriors plinking away.
If I care what my drones are doing i'll look at them or the combat log.
I really care what my big guns are doing.
If this exists it needs to be more apperent.

explosions on your ship based on dmg type.
If your recieving mostly EMP dmg you get a blue explosion. Thermal red Explosive orange Kinetic grey chunks of your ship flying off.
no real benifit just neat if you are looking at new explosions.
Would be really really neat if explosions on a ship reflected the lowest resist...:)

Ability to mute persistent sounds.
I like guns firing I like dmg sounds...but the ability to drastically turn down the sound of shield hardners or other persistanty running mods I want to turn it off.

Selecting ammo for ranges can confusing.
Please sort crystals and other ammo by range...short range at the top, long at the bottom. also please add 20+35 number beside each ammo to show optimal and fall off.
Currently it is not easy to show info to get this info or is avaiable on the over lay or have EFT open.

Minning mini game.
Increase yield my some mini game. example
Little bar on each crystal that represents frquency..colored back ground and you get the frequency indicator to the optimal spot you get more ore....
Just something...if you don't play the mini game you still get ore though.

Let us re arange the watch list... as a logi I liek to have the other logi at the top of the watch list and then the FC and other pcialized ships. The rest of the ships filled in as I can.
Right now this is a pain as you have to add them in that order and you have to do it all over again if someone joins or leaves as you can't put that person into your list anywhere but the bottom.
Eg PvP roam I like to have other logi on the watch list at the top since repping them is job #1. next special ships like boosters or e-war...then other ships. This way after every warp or jump I can quickly target my fellow logi and watch the other important peolpe.
I then target based on broadcasts...but if the FC starts taking dmg or some other special ship I can be on the ball and be ready to rep...
But now if we get a new logi and new high priority ships I add him to the bootom of the list along with the new specials and my watch list is all messed up. I can't just target the top 5 because they are logi I have to recall who is logi and target them and then my list is also no loger in a priority bassis. Does player x have more value than Y i have no idea...what was x in again?
So please Please let us click and drag the names on the watch list to move them around.

Also yes yes hi sec POS's are way to hard to destroy. An inustrial corp with prime location in or near a hub should have to defend them. When war dec's rather than just turrtle them up knowing it would take an insane amout of BS's to kill it.

Ship Explosions doing damage
Ships should do an AOE damage effect similar to smartbombs. This idea has been mentioned before but I believe it needs to concept to be iterated on a bit more.
Explosions should be dependent upon ship size. The bigger the ship the more damage the explosion would cause over a larger area. I would also like to see the explosion have an explosion radius value similar to missiles.(this is not the AOE but changes the dmg they do to target of a certain size. Damage type would also be by race
The amount of damage would be similar to 3-4 smart bombs of that ship sizes going off.
Battle ship explosion Area of effect=30km Damage =1500 Explosion radius of 300m
Cruiser Explosion Area of Effect =15km Damage=500 Explosion radius of 125m
Frigate explosion Area of Effect 7.5km Damage =250 Explosion Radius of 50m
So now these do less damage than a geddon with 8 smartbombs fitted so any potential ganker would be better of smart bombing.
With the explosion radiuses I doubt any ship would be one shot by these valueGÇÖs as even at full damage most frigate could survive 1500 damage. But due to their small size they will take a very small portion of that.
Also no explosions on self destruct.

Slow down heavy missiles.
they are th eonly medium range weapon able to reliably hit out to 100km with full damage.
Tengue's and drakes are far superior in PvE for this reason.
Slowing them down would add a penalty for there long range. Missile flight time would be increased.

The target windows need more options when moving them. RIght now they fill right to left if placed on the right half of your screen or left to right on the left side.
Being able to manually chose this would be nice.
Example: I streatched EvE out over 2 screens and tried to set up my one screen as it would apear as full screen. The secondary screen for the fitting window or just scenery. But when I do this my targets want to fill left to right....this does not work as I wnat them to start next to my overview and propigate left.
This way my screen is the same when i full screen it to do things on the other screen or if i want eve in its' full glory on 2.

the legion could stand some balancing as many of it's systems are terrible and work poorly with each other(not saying you can't find a good fit). For a flexable ship it lacks flexability.

Directional arrows.
Unsure how to prgram this but....
A press of the up arrow should angle your ship up a set amount. All directions based on current direction of travel. So pressing a directional arrow would do the equivilant of clicking in space a set amount above, below or beside your ship. The amout to the side hitting the side arrow key clicks may be setable and able to equate to some deg directional change. This would enable pilots to use directional comands to pilot there ship.....though clicking is a better options.
Example: when the camera is Xm behind the ship a click 5m from the ship would equate to a 10deg direction change. If pressing the -> key achieved the same result it would mean each -> click would turn your ship 10deg. I don't know what x is but sure some smart CCP dev can figure that out. Maybe even a slider to choose how far away the effective click is when i push -> so in an inty i could crank that up.
Using these phantom clicks it may be possible to use directional control? Can CCP have it so a key press equates to a click in space?

A player should be able to unlearn a skill and gain some amount of that back in faster training.
For example if I wanted to unlearn large energy turret 5 I would gain some amount of double training time. The amount of bnonus training time would enable me to earn back 50-75% of the SP I lost.
The reason for this is enabaling pilots to quickly refocus into a new ship required by there alliance...but at a cost.
Doing so would also help some the SP bloat currently in EvE.
It would also help alliance's field diffrent set ups and may also enable younger players(not noobs but still not 100m sp) quickly join alliance ops in the specified ship types when they change. At a price of course.

Pew Pew laser crystals need some work.
1) They need to be sorted by range during ammo swaps. 2) They should list the Optimal + Fall off beside the name eg) X Ray(33+15) 3) t2 and faction ammo should be collored difrent(the text be slightly blue or something) 4) Let me stack Crystals that have been used. Even if I can only stack crysltes of similar usage levels. My inventory is full of crystals. 8 crystles of each type for a given ship adds up.

Better warping options.
Why do I need to make book marks all over the place in each system. Book marks 300km of gate for observation points for example, safe undocks.
Every pilot has to go through and make a ton of these stupid little book marks all over. This is in addition to safe spots. These tacticles are a pain in the but and not fun to create.
Adding an area where we could by text set warp to a gate at 300 would be huge. Or even the ability to simple warp 200k/m straight ahead(would have some min dustance)

Better maps. Dot lan maps are required. Having these in game would help a lot. A quick map of everythig within 5 or so jumps would be huge. Or even have it show a route and everything within 3 jumps(would zoom out but you could zoom back in)
What would be really cool is if FC's could see sucha map and where there scouts where on this map. Even cooler wouldbe if the scouts could added labels to the FC's maps.

FC's often ask for X's in fleet.
A better option would be something that auto tallies the results. The sytem would post the question and would tally the results by ship class.
Eg) Who is in xyz-123 x up.
43total x's 10bs's 25 bC's 8 logi
Save's FC's from counting the x's/

Have Damage notification scroll rather than overlap. I can't see how much damage I;m doing taken because my drone damage keep poping up on top.
Or even if drone damage showed slightly above the normal damage window and damage taken showed just below the normal damage window.
